We are currently shooting outdoors in the School Sports Field on Sunday mornings, 10.00 until 12.30.
Club members are welcome to shoot on a Sunday whether they want to practice, attempt a 252 score or shoot a full scored round.
We are shooting outdoors on the School playing field on Tuesday and Friday Evenings, 18.00 until 20:00.
Evening sessions are ideal for practice, attempting a 252 score or shooting a full score round (time permitting).All Sessions must be pre-booked.
ALL archers are asked to arrive for shooting sessions promptly and help set up the shooting range.
ALL archers should also help clear away the range before they leave.
If you have not done archery before, or have only limited experience, then the best way to get started in the sport is by attending a beginners course.

Have you previously been an archer and are now looking to get back into archery?
A simple refresher session can soon get you back up and shooting.
A single session costs £10 including coaching and
a further five sessions can be arranged before you need to consider club and Archery GB membership.
The cost of those sessions will depend on how much help and coaching you need.

Bowmen of Petersfield has a number of Archery GB qualified coaches, including Level One, Level Two and Senior coaches.
The coaches run the regular beginners courses but are also available to help any club member upon request.
Coaching is normally on a Tuesday evening.
If you want help with any particular issue with your shooting, or are just looking for advice then please ask,
but please remember that the coaches are unpaid volunteers and may also wish to shoot on occasions.
Both our outdoor and indoor shooting ranges are at The Petersfield School, Cranford Road, Petersfield GU32 3LU.
Outdoor shooting is on the grass playing field in the far north east of the school site.
Access to the shooting line is across the tennis/netball courts and via the small gate closest to the school boundary fence.
Please do not go onto the grassed area from any other route once the archery range has been set up.
There is no access onto the school site from the Tesco footpath after normal school hours.

Indoor shooting is in the school sports hall which is the large building directly opposite the main entrance into the school site. The entrance to the sports hall is on the left side, facing the main school building.
